Delivery in Quebec is free with any purchase of $100.00 or more. For any purchase of $99.99 or less an amount of $14.99 will apply to your order. *Certain conditions apply.

For delivery in Canada, outside Quebec, a fixed amount of $21.99 will be added to your invoice regardless of the purchase amount. * Certain conditions apply.

For delivery to the United States a fixed amount of $24.99 will be added to your invoice regardless of the purchase amount. *Certain conditions apply

*Please note that delivery costs may vary depending on the order (weight, volume, destination, nature of the goods and delivery time). Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will incur an additional cost. When we process your order we may make adjustments in shipping costs and will notify you of the changes by email and wait for your confirmation before shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

For all transactions outside of the country the buyer agrees to pay custom/import charges, duties if applicable.

You can't cancel or modify your order after it has been processed.

Every order placed before 1:00pm will be received in 3-5 business days.

A confirmation email with your order number will be sent to you.



Return Policy: 

If the part is an electric part or a special order, it can not be returned and it will be a final sale. Any return has to be pre approved by phone at (450) 788-2289 or by email. Any item sent but not approved will be sent back at the customer's cost.

A return of products has to be done within a delay of 7 days maximum, following the date of reception, for the orders made by phone or by internet. There will be no charge for restocking, administration or to take back, to the customer if the conditions of return are respected. The product has to be returned in its original packaging with all its tags, pieces or components and in perfect shape to sell again; brand new. It can't in any case have been worn ,be degraded, damaged or used. 
Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc isn't responsible for any lost or damaged packages by post or by the return system.

 

Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc doesn't reimburse return charges.

 

No returns on clearance items.

 

The return has to be with the original invoice.

 

After Verification of the returned item and of all the regulations within a 30 days delay, Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc will proceed of the reimbursement of the item. We do not reimburse shipping costs or the original transportation. The reimbursement will be made in the original payment method.   

Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc has reserved the right to refuse a return if all the conditions above aren't respected. In this case, Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc will return the product to the customer at his cost. A partial offer non negotiable of reimbursement might be proposed to the customer to avoid the return of the product.

 

No return or exchange of helmets will be permitted except under warranty.

 

Return of Item on Warranty 

 

The Warranties on the products are those offered by the different factories and are subject to their conditions. What is covered and the covered delay of warranty is different on each product. Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc depends on the decision of the factory or its distributors.  However, we will do our best to honor the warranty of the factory and help the customer find satisfaction and compensation.

 

To make a claim concerning a warranty, please call at (450)788-2289 to make an arrangement or come directly to our store In St-Aime. The transportation charges from the customer's residence, shipping costs as well as the return charges arent covered by the warranty.

 

Policy for an error in an order made by Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc

 

The article that you ordered is wrong. Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc tries its best to control the quality of the product sent as well as the shipping process. However, mistakes could be commited on our part. Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc will, in good faith, make sure of the accuracy of the mistake, and if it is the case, we will take the item back within 15 days of its reception, and send the right item to replace it or, if the customer asks, reiumburse the item. This reimbursement can include the costs for the return of the item according to Andre Joyal Motoneige Inc's conditions.

Taxes are calculated with Revenu Canada (TPS) and Revenu Quebec(TVQ)
